Shipping
Free Shipping
All subscription orders ship free within the United States. One-time purchases ship free on orders over $99. Orders under $99 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Order Cutoff & Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking information typically activates within 24 hours of shipment. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and package size.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier conditions, weather, and holidays. Ethos Labs is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has shipped.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated and collected based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Tax is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Contact your local post office or carrier with the tracking number
- File a claim with the carrier
If you believe your package was stolen, file a police report and contact us at hello@ethoslabs.co — we'll do our best to help, though refunds for stolen packages are evaluated case-by-case.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at hello@ethoslabs.co as quickly as possible — we may be able to update it before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address. Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Returns & Refunds
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 60 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the product price.
What's Eligible
The 60-day guarantee applies to all orders — opened or unopened, used or unused. We trust you. The only requirement is that your refund request is submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date.
How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at hello@ethoslabs.co with your order number and a brief reason for the return (this helps us improve). We will provide return instructions. You do not need to ship the product back — keep it, donate it, or dispose of it. We trust you.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of your request and applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refunds include: the full product price you paid.
Refunds do not include: original shipping charges (if any), sales tax is refunded automatically by your payment processor.
Subscription Orders
The 60-day guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment. Subsequent subscription shipments are eligible for refund within 30 days of each individual shipment date, as long as you contact us before the next billing cycle. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancel or skip your subscription at least 2 days before the next billing date through your account or by emailing hello@ethoslabs.co.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time. No cancellation fees, no hoops, no "are you sure" pages designed to make it hard. Email hello@ethoslabs.co or manage your subscription through your account page.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@ethoslabs.co with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, your choice. Please report damaged or incorrect orders within 14 days of delivery.
Chargebacks
If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first at hello@ethoslabs.co. We respond within 24 hours and we will make it right. Filing a chargeback before contacting us delays resolution and costs everyone money — we'd much rather just fix the problem directly.
International Returns
We do not currently ship internationally, so international returns do not apply. When international shipping launches, return policies may differ — please check this page for the most current terms.
